For your smiles that brighten up the room...

And the sparks from your eyes...

That send light through the universe...

For your sunshine that warmed my heart...

I am alive again , because of you.

 

 

For the walks, hugs, your insight and the wildflowers...

Not to mention, the beautiful music, giggles and silly jokes...

For surprising me and my heart...

With joy it had been missing for a time...

And confirming my thoughts with your words...

I’ve appreciated you.

 

 

For listening, understanding and patience...

In addition to tenderness, gentility and kindness...

That is such a part of your heart...

And for being open and vulnerable.

I’ve respected you.

 

 

My world will be a richer place...

And a part of you will always be with me...

I have learned much from you ....
